Are the first 50 trees really free?
Yes. Your first 50 trees are on us: real trees at the same restoration site, with your logo on every certificate, delivered to the clients you choose. We're making this offer so you can see what it means to your clients before you spend anything. From tree 51, the tier pricing above takes over, and by then you'll have seen what the gesture means to the families who received it.
What happens in a slow month?
You pay for exactly the trees you planted, at the tier you reached. Two losses in a month means a $10 invoice. Zero losses means no invoice at all. There is no subscription fee and nothing expires.
What if we cross into a new tier mid-month?
Your entire month is billed at the best rate you reached, including every tree you planted before you crossed the line. Planting your 100th tree of the month makes trees 1 through 99 cheaper too. Every calendar month starts fresh, so busy months simply earn a better rate on their own.
How do we send you the pets' names?
However it fits how you work. One name after a hard appointment or a monthly batch, the process is the same: share the pet's name and where the certificate should go, and we take it from there. Certificates are digital and arrive by email, so nothing waits on the mail.
What does white-label actually include?
The certificate your client receives includes your logo, the pet's name, the tree species, and the GPS coordinates of the planting site. Send us your logo once, and it appears on every certificate after that.
How does payment work?
One itemized invoice on the 1st of each month for the prior month's trees, paid by card on file or ACH. Net terms are available for high-volume partners.
Where do the trees get planted?
At a mangrove restoration project along Kenya's coastline, through our planting partner The Good API and Veritree, the independent platform that verifies every planting. The site was chosen because new trees are genuinely needed there, and every certificate carries the exact GPS coordinates of where the tree grows. Mangroves work hard for the coast around them too: NOAA credits them with buffering shorelines against storms and supporting the fisheries coastal communities rely on.
Can we use these trees in our sustainability and giving programs?
Yes. Certificates document each independently verified planting, with GPS coordinates, third-party audits, and three years of satellite monitoring, in a format built for EU, U.S., and Canadian reporting. Your condolence program and your sustainability program can be the same line item.
